Cycling is in Bianca’s blood. The daughter of a two-time Olympian and two-time National Champion, both in cycling, she was made to ride. Combining two of her loves beautifully: a sick beat & riding, indoor cycling hooked her from her very first class. Expect to be moved, inspired, and pushed to your absolute limit each time you’re with her.

A group fitness enthusiast and professional dancer, Katie draws from her experience as an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader to create kickass workouts that feel more like fun than work.
